What is it?

Set configurable thresholds and rules to partially process an order if certain items are out of stock during charge processing.

Why does it matter?

Managing a lean inventory can create inventory issues when there is a supply chain issues. Partial fulfillment of a subscription order can prevent unnecessarily missed shipments which can result in the active churn of subscribers.
