What is it?

Offer a discounted product to targeted customers at specific points in the customer journey to increase LTV.

  • A/B test those incentives to determine those that are most effective.

  • Determine which product(s) or collection(s) to offer

  • Configure unique discount amounts to be applied

Why does it matter?

Product offers at the right time increases AOV and can improve retention. Test the engagement of different discounts for various products at different points in the customer journey to optimize AOV.
